Submitted data is aggregated and displayed on our salary exploration and statistics pages. Individual entries are shown without any identifying information. We never sell, share, or monetize user data with third parties.
All data is stored securely in our database. Since we collect no personal identifiers, there is no way to link a submission back to any individual.
